I had my septic pumped today. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable with good pricing. Would definitely return again for my next septic service.
Bob and his crew were top notch. My experience was like the other reviews and I will add that they answered all my questions and took the time to answer me with thought and not get annoyed by the many questions I asked. These are the only guys around that I will ever call in an emergency or for regular maintenance.
Had an emergency on Saturday the young gentleman pulled away from his family was more than kind polite knowledgeable and understanding will never use another company
WOW, these guys are great!!! I highly recommend using Septic Design of NH (Bob Septic Service). From the initial phone call to the actual inspection for my new home, the staff was extremely helpful and insightful. Robert was the tech that came out and he is clearly very into his work and is extremely knowledgeable. His upbeat demeanor and professionalism stood out and his wealth of information regarding all things septic was quite impressive. Very personable guy who is passionate about his work and explains, in detail, his findings and recommendations in very clear and easy to understand terms. You can tell these guys work very well together, are very close knit, and well versed and experienced in their roles within the company. Sarah, Dustin, Micah, and most notably Robert, are top notch. HUGE help for me during a relatively stressful time.
Best experience possible. Our septic backed up on Friday night. We called at around 10pm and someone picked up the phone to answer. They where at our place at 7am the next day to pump our tank! And then returned Monday to replace the missing outlet baffle. Couldn’t be more impressed with their service! The system being pumped ended up not being the problem but was needed to be done regardless to replace the outlet baffle. We will never call another company for septic work simply because of Bobs prompt response to our situation. Thanks guys!
